Job Summary
A corporate learning company is in need of a Telecommuting IT Solutions Customer Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Selling directly to Enterprise IT and Development decision makers
- Developing and execute prospecting strategies to identify, qualify and close new business
- Developing, maintaining and growing an ongoing sales pipeline
Qualifications Include:
- Willingness to travel (30% plus)
- Experience selling into IT Departments (specifically CIOs) is required
- Direct experience in the learning or human capital, human capital technology space is preferred
- Sales experience must demonstrate ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale is required
- Ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth
- A minimum of 5 years successful sales experience in IT sales
