Job Summary

A class management software company is seeking a Telecommuting IT Support Analyst in Huntersville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the IT help desk system to support, troubleshoot, and resolve all IT-related requests
  • Identifying, implementing, and monitoring security best practices
  • Tracking hardware assets and managing software subscriptions and licenses

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 35% (primarily within the greater Charlotte area)
  • Prior experience managing Google's G Suite, Office 365, or other cloud-based office productivity platform
  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on IT support role
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of IT security principles, current risks, and countermeasures
  • Proficiency in managing business internet service, IP telephony, and wired and wi-fi networks
