Job Summary

A computer support provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting IT Support Specialist in Dayton.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining problem tracking databases
  • Planning and analysis of work processes, researching and reporting trends and patterns of problems
  • Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimal requirement of being on the installation one day a week
  • 6 years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing
  • 3 years of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions
  • 2 years of which are concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems and training customers
  • Secret Clearance
