Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommuting IT Support Technician in Beavercreek.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Support and maintain computers in both Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop environment
  • Configuration and support of printers in a Windows network environment
  • Support and troubleshooting of common desktop applications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support in a large corporate environment
  • Must be able to perform remote desktop support utilizing remote assist applications
  • Must document & follow processes, procedures, knowledge articles related to support environment
  • Ability to perform server & network equipment installation
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintain site documentation
