Job Summary
A gaming startup has an open position for a Telecommuting Italian Customer Support Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering empathetically to each customer in order to match their exact need
- Reporting the issues our customer encounter
- Assisting our Italian speaking customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Twice a year there will be a company retreat, most likely on a South East Asian Island, all expenses (accommodation, flights, activities etc) will be paid for
- Must have perfect written Italian
- Must have strong abilities in English
- Must be system oriented (IE find ways to do the job better and faster)
- Must be Autonomous, Responsible, Reliable, Hard working, Altruistic
- Must have a willingness to learn,
