Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Telecommuting ITSM Consulting Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling overall responsibility for project quality and alignment with overall objectives
  • Being responsible for delivery of large, complex, and potentially global project/s
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of detailed IT solutions for clients

Qualifications Include:

  • Extensive background with Technical pre-sales, client proposals and presentations
  • In depth of experience and deep functional knowledge and subject matter expertise in their area of responsibilit
  • Industry recognized expert with active participation in professional associations, industry roundtables, white papers, etc. required
  • Broad architecture and project management expertise
  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in consulting services
  • ITSM Subject matter expertise in one or more of the service line offerings
