Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute ITSM Suite ServiceNow Developer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings
  • Demonstrate ServiceNow Platform as well as specific Modules
  • Work collaboratively with Developers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel required 20%-30%
  • Degree (or equivalent) preferably in Information Technology
  • 2+ years experience as a key ITSM technical resource
  • Experience with modern and relevant web technologies
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL
  • Basic understanding of Integration methods and capabilities
