Job Summary
A provider of enterprise career management solutions is in need of a Telecommuting Job Search Expert Near San Antonio.
Must be able to:
- Supporting client through career transition via telephone and email
- Act as liaison to other company service providers
- Coach clients on their job search strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 + years' experience coaching career professionals
- Ability to work part time hours, ideally between 15-25 +/- hours per week, five days a week.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication (written and oral), listening, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong sense of empathy, positive outlook, ability to motivate others
- Availability to respond to client correspondence within 24 hours
