Job Summary
A chemical company has an open position for a Telecommuting Key Automotive Account Manager in the Detroit Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a pool of potential opportunities and prioritizing for periodic review
- Being primarily responsible for selling fluoropolymer products to new accounts
- Promoting and selling product offerings through a deep knowledge of the product portfolio
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years (minimum) B2B Sales Experience in the chemicals or polymers industry, having served OEM, Tier 1, and or Tier 2 automotive market segment, customers
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business
- Ability to quickly understand and assimilate new technologies, products and processes
- Strong Business acumen
- Experience with Microsoft OfficeTM tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook ) and CRM tools (SFDC)
- Highly effective selling and negotiation skills
