Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Knowledge Management Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify a simplified and sustainable technology platform
- Sponsor continuous improvement of Knowledge Management (KM) processes
- Define and execute the strategic vision of the Knowledge Management platform
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 15 % of the time
- Demonstrated experience with leading a broad based Knowledge Management organization
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Prior change management experience in an environment with competing priorities
- 3+ years of KM leadership experience in a large, multi-faceted service organization
