Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Kronos Developer Application Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting sales team with technical questions and participate in sales calls
- Assisting with gathering of client specs and expectations
- Assisting team with implementation of new clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum five years of experience working with Kronos Workforce Management
- Experience in Kronos HR and Payroll systems design, development, and support
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) or similar data integration tool
- Proven ability to apply best practices to the software development lifecycle based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well as effective coordination of implementations across teams using very different approaches
- Must have very strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications with an emphasis toward highly available and scalable global solutions.
- Strong communication skills with diverse customers and audiences, across multiple disciplines and teams
