Job Summary
A for-profit corporation that owns and operates hospitals and surgery centers throughout the USA is in need of a Telecommuting Lead Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading recruiters ensuring open requisitions are filled in an effective, efficient manner with the most qualified, best fit candidates
- Researching, analyzing and presenting Recruitment metrics / reporting
- Assigning requisitions to fill new or vacant positions, balancing workload efficiently among Recruiter team members
Qualifications Include:
- Work in both a remote and an in-office environment, regional travel will also be required
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
- Requires familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Taleo helpful
- Strong data analytics skills including the use of advanced Excel functions
- Undergraduate degree
