Job Summary

A businesses services company is seeking a Telecommuting Learning and Development Manager in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and deploying surveys to measure the effectiveness of training program, and adjust training delivery as appropriate
  • Delivering role/user-based training sessions in English primarily via WebEx
  • Maintain the Training Website, including content and schedule

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Up to 25% travel
  • 3-5 years' experience required
  • BS / BA in related field
  • Technical teaching & writing experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities
