- Knowledgeable of and able to suggest learning solutions best practices
- Demonstrates understanding of applicable business structures and strategies
- Knowledge of principles of adult learning and needs assessment techniques
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in conducting learning analysis
- Proven experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Suite, Storyline, Engage or equivalent online learning development tools
