Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Telecommuting Learning Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with appropriate resources to facilitate development of appropriate scope of the solutions
  • Acting as the Primary Point of Contact for the Business
  • Defining Business Outcomes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Knowledgeable of and able to suggest learning solutions best practices
  • Demonstrates understanding of applicable business structures and strategies
  • Knowledge of principles of adult learning and needs assessment techniques
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in conducting learning analysis
  • Proven experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Suite, Storyline, Engage or equivalent online learning development tools
