Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Telecommuting Learning Designer.
Must be able to:
- Partner with Learning Consultants to ensure smooth handoffs for instructor-led learning content
- Design courses for internal and external certification programs
- Design training and development programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend events to deliver presentations
- Microsoft Office and 365 - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, ability to effectively use Windows OS
- Strong learning design and working project management skills
- Working knowledge of and ability to apply adult learning theories, instructional design models,
- Familiar with popular social media sites and applications such as Facebook and Instagram
- Working understanding of LMS and e-learning techniques and technology
