Job Summary

A a cloud-based human capital management solution provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Learning Experience Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Create instructional materials that transform technical information into professionally written content
• Identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver content
• Work collaboratively with a high-performing team of product analysts, developers, designers, learning specialists, instructors, project managers, and support representatives to formulate qualified solutions

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to design and develop blended and technology-enabled learning solutions
• Ability to develop technical/software related job aids and user guides that are easy to read and understand, accurate and up-to-date, and correctly formatted using a style guide
• Ability to break down complex, technical processes into simple, logical steps
• Ability to create assessments to measure learning
• Knowledge of instructional systems design methodology, rapid design/development methodologies, adult learning theory, research methodology, and assessment tools
• Bachelors in Education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or equivalent
