A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Lease Closing Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meet and exceed all targeted sales goals and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
- Providing outstanding customer service that is memorable
- Assisting in the management of the sales department
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong track record of auto finance sales, product penetration and customer service
- Eight plus years of automotive finance sales or similar experience
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- MS Office knowledge, computer software and Internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Fast thinker and negotiator who is comfortable with industry logic and math
