Job Summary
A provider of property management solutions has an open position for a Telecommuting Leasing Specialist in Vernal.
Must be able to:
- Answer leasing calls from people looking for the pricing and availability information
- Answer maintenance calls from residents who need a work order filled out
- Answer resident/solicitor calls from those who need a message passed on to the onsite staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be self-motivated and dependable
- Must have ethernet connection with the minimum upload/download speeds of 5 Mbps
- Must have a surge protector (UL1149) for protection of the company provided equipment
- Must have a distraction-free home office
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to work a 6 month commitment
