Job Summary
A major multinational mass media and information firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Legal Editor.
The hired candidate must be able to:
- Write, edit, and update jurisdiction specific real estate resources to be published online
- Stay informed of current developments and issues in real estate laws for the assigned jurisdictions to ensure timely updates of existing content and development of new content
- Establish and maintain relationships with external law firm contributors providing real estate resources
Position Requirements Include:
- J.D.
- At least six years of experience (8 or more years preferred) working as a real estate lawyer in a law firm or as in-house counsel with in-depth transactional work experience in both commercial and residential matters
- A good understanding of the needs and priorities of in-house counsel and the legal market
- Significant and broad practice experience in real estate laws, ownership and investments, leasing, real estate finance, insurance and risk management, etc.
