Job Summary

An AI software company is seeking a Telecommuting Legal Technology Practice Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product and use cases
  • Collaborate and support new and existing customers to design onboarding, implementation, and training plans
  • Lead meetings and training sessions with customers and users

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Occasional travel required (domestic and international)
  • A law degree (LPC, J.D. or LLM)
  • Experience in client management, customer success, sales or account management in an enterprise software company is helpful background
  • Experience working in or with corporate legal departments and/or law firm
  • Experience with e-discovery, document review, due diligence, document management, knowledge management, and/or contract management system implementation
  • Familiarity with CRM and support software systems
