A managed health care company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Licensed Care Coordinator in Austin.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing assistance to members with questions and concerns
  • Implementing, coordinating, and monitoring strategies for members and families to improve health
  • Conducting in depth health risk assessment and/or comprehensive needs assessment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • TX State Driver's license
  • Master's level licensed behavioral health LCSW, LMSW professional or RN with behavioral health experience
  • 5 years clinical and post degree behavioral health experience
