Job Summary
A financial company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Licensed Client Service Specialist in St Louis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing investment related solutions, guidance and recommendations
- Answering non-routine incoming calls and/or written correspondence
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve appropriate resolutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Meets with clients face-to-face
- Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66 required
- Additional licenses may be required (i.e., Insurance or securities licensing in all states)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- A strong service background with 3-5 years of securities industry experience required
- Must be able to multi-task and follow-up appropriately to take issues to resolution
