A company that provides live chat agents is filling a position for a Telecommuting Live Chat Service Training Manager in Poway.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the creation of a dedicated training department
- Overhauling the existing new agent training
- Ensuring effective management of client knowledge base for agent use via team member

- 4 years work experience
- 2+ years of Training experience
- Must have experience managing a team
- Experience developing and delivering training programs in multiple modalities
- Proficient in developing presentations and reports, word processing and e-mail
