A company that develops customer relationship management software solutions is seeking a Telecommuting Local Search Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing day-to-day support to ensure effective completion of assigned projects in local search and directory management
  • Meeting client needs in directory management listing
  • Manually auditing, updating, monitoring and reporting online listings

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of directory management concepts, tools, applications and process
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to take direction and apply a process to the task
