Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommuting Major Gifts Director.

Must be able to:

  • Organize and manage a Board Fundraising Committee to maximize relationship development and fundraising output
  • Identify and secure meetings with high-net-worth and major donors
  • Design and implement donor management systems and procedures

Required Skills:

  • About 30% travel to the West Coast & Texas
  • 5 years of experience in fundraising & working with major donors
  • 3 years of management experience and clear increases in responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in fundraising, business, international development
  • Experience with CRM databases, Microsoft & Excel
