Job Summary

A software corporation is in need of a Telecommuting Major Incident Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide effective communication to other incident teams, executive management, process owners
  • Coordinate all activities required to respond to significant incidents
  • Establish or participate in technical and management war rooms

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to attend weekly Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Ability to do weekend work in rotation
  • Experience providing technical support for cloud products
