Job Summary
A software corporation is in need of a Telecommuting Major Incident Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide effective communication to other incident teams, executive management, process owners
- Coordinate all activities required to respond to significant incidents
- Establish or participate in technical and management war rooms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to attend weekly Change Advisory Board meetings
- Ability to do weekend work in rotation
- Experience providing technical support for cloud products
