Job Summary
A consulting firm is seeking a Telecommuting Management Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Work closely with clients to understand their culture, operating strengths and opportunities
- Lead business process reimagination and design efforts
- Assess client readiness to deploy solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in an HR or IT discipline preferred
- 5-10 years experience in leadership roles on business transformation projects
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on key decisions during project delivery
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager with excellent team, budget and time management skills
