A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Manufacturing Sourcer Screener.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing strategies sourcing for a variety of positions
- Having a consultative approach to hiring managers and candidates
- Conducting and/or participating in Intake calls/requisition reviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year sourcing and screening experience
- Conducts and/or participates in Intake calls/requisition reviews
- have industry knowledge
- expert level compliance knowledge
