Job Summary

Your Hosting 24/7 is seeking a Marketing & Admin Assistant to help with our marketing efforts and daily business needs. This position will report to the CEO and will be heavily involved in marketing and sales strategy implementation, as well as some administrative assistant duties like occasionally booking travel, logging financial transactions (training provided), and other daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Marketing-
-Daily posting to social media (content provided) for various accounts on various social platforms (you will be expected to write the post based on the content provided, so some social media knowledge is a must)
-Posting of blogs to WordPress websites (content provided)
-Manage marketing budgets
-Creation of weekly newsletters (content and design elements provided)
-Project manage designer, writer, and developer to complete tasks
-Could involve writing on a per-article basis (paid independently and additionally to other work)

Administrative Duties-
-Assistant to the CEO
-Booking travel as needed
-Logging financial transactions in QuickBooks (training provided) and balancing budget
-Monitor online chat function and route customers to correct departments (less than 10 chats per week...)
-Answer phone calls and route customers to correct departments (less than 5 phone calls per week...)
-HR duties like filing associate information, generating payroll reports, onboarding new associates as needed

The ideal candidate:
-Has some experience in administrative assistance and marketing
-Is fun, funny, and personable
-Is flexible and searches out tasks to better the company rather than being told what to do all the time
-Is capable of working on their own, yet willing and able to work in a team environment
-Is willing to go the extra mile and put in the extra efforts to make sure projects are completed on time and within budget

-Starting pay of $18/hour (up to 20-25 hours per week to start)
