Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommuting Match Support Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Effectively coaching and motivating volunteers to grow friendships that result in positive youth development
- Delivering tailored guidance, direction and risk management assistance
- Evaluating friendships and delivering tailored guidance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to periodically work in the Boston office for required trainings and meetings
- Be onsite for the program 2x per month
- Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years, Associate's degree and 4 years, or 8 years of relevant work experience
- Early evening and select weekend days required
