An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommuting MD Claims Manager in Cleveland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Directing resolution of problems, complaints, and general public relation issues which arise concerning claims service
- Actively participating in interview and selection of new personnel and assist with other staffing decisions
- Supervising, evaluating performance, and recommending salary changes for personnel
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Solid understanding of the Insurance Industry
- Obtains and maintain appropriate licensing or educational requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of Insurance Laws and how they relate to claims
- Ability to interpret research and opinions to establish claims action plans
