Job Summary
A for-profit education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Case Curriculum Senior Director.
The hired candidate must be able to:
- Ensure the overall quality of all assessment products, including CS
- Identify and implement new processes for identifying exceptional item writers
- Develop process for rapidly assessing quality of candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- DO or MD
- 5+ years experience with item writing and test construction
- 2+ years management experience
- Extensive case-based publications preferred
- Experience in developing cases for Standardized Clinical Skills Assessments
- Experience with biostatistics, hypothesis testing, and psychometrics essential
