Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Medical Coding Quality Assurance Analyst in Los Angeles .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing feedback to coding staff on audit results
- Providing training on areas where coding compliance is not met
- Maintaining ongoing communication with management, coding staff and clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree in health information management or similar
- RHIT, RHIA and/or CCS
- High level coding expertise in IPPS and OPPS
- Business management skills
- Knowledge of the health care industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
