Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is in need of a Telecommuting Medical Operations Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Attending all Advisory Committee and/or GMC meetings
- Planning all the medical/non-medical logistics and requirements for external vendors
- Reviewing all annual appraisals for all doctors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel up to 40% of time as required
- Proven ability to represent a company within the research community
- A strong background in leadership with a strong focus on delivering to targets
- A MD or DO, with an active license to practice medicine and a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, or an equivalent
- Prior experience of delighting customers both Clients and Patients
- Understand and have experience of matrix management
