Job Summary
A medical communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Medical Writer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing research and writing support to assigned brand teams
- Contributing to professional journals, abstracts, scientific posters, and slide presentations
- Utilizing your sound clinical judgment and excellent writing skills
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of medical writing experience for a pharmaceutical and/or medical communications company with an emphasis on publications
- Advanced degree in life or health sciences
- Meticulous attention to detail, and understanding of medical terminology and statistical methods
- Ability to understand and develop medical and marketing concepts
- Significant working knowledge and experience in the use of MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
