Job Summary
A telehealth company is in need of a Telecommuting Member Advocate in Boston.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with a designated clinical team to ensure adequate phone coverage for live triage
- Maintaining his/her own availability within his/her set shift for scheduling of member intakes
- Obtaining a comprehensive health history by leading members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Registered Nurse
- 5 years recent experience in the acute care setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding team player and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with ease
- Strong clinical knowledge base
