Job Summary
A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Mid Level Assistant State Administrative Broker.
Must be able to:
- Conduct training to enhance agent's knowledge and understanding of contract, risk management, licensing and state real estate law
- Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions
- Assist the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual state brokerage operations manuals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness and ability to travel within the state
- Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
- Holds an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Highly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results
- High School Diploma/GED required
