Job Summary

A company that makes website and mobile applications is in need of a Telecommuting Mobile Applications Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrating features or witness customer problems via instant screen-sharing
  • Responding via email and telephone to customer questions
  • Assisting in quality assurance testing before version upgrades

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with supporting web application software used by consumers and/or business professionals
  • 1+ years of online customer support experience using an online help-desk software
  • Basic knowledge of cloud service offerings, toolsets, operating systems, and browsers
  • Ability to learn how to use our online products and do light demos and ad hoc show me how feature tours via screen-sharing
  • Responsible, ethical, always in the mood to help our customers
