Job Summary
A company that makes website and mobile applications is in need of a Telecommuting Mobile Applications Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrating features or witness customer problems via instant screen-sharing
- Responding via email and telephone to customer questions
- Assisting in quality assurance testing before version upgrades
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with supporting web application software used by consumers and/or business professionals
- 1+ years of online customer support experience using an online help-desk software
- Basic knowledge of cloud service offerings, toolsets, operating systems, and browsers
- Ability to learn how to use our online products and do light demos and ad hoc show me how feature tours via screen-sharing
