Job Summary

A mortgage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Mortgage Loan Processor in Raleigh.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Talking to borrowers, Realtors, underwriters and ensuring a smooth transaction
  • Taking notes and documenting conversations
  • Any other duties assigned

Position Requirements Include:

  • RECENT knowledge of current mortgage industry regulations and requirements for processing a file
  • STRONG technical background and the ability to navigate computer software well
  • Knowledge of the processing requirements of different lenders
  • Minimum of one year of recent processing experience
