Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting National Family Outreach Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Expanding and increasing outreach efforts at the local level to increase referrals
- Training and developing our employees/volunteers into a high performing outreach team
- Leading and managing the new outreach strategy and implementation
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Proven results-oriented outreach professional
- 5-10 years' progressive community outreach experience in public systems or non-profits
- Experience as an outreach worker, enrollment specialist, outreach supervisor and/or community relations specialist
- Experience recruiting and managing entry-level staff
