Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting National Family Outreach Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Expanding and increasing outreach efforts at the local level to increase referrals
  • Training and developing our employees/volunteers into a high performing outreach team
  • Leading and managing the new outreach strategy and implementation

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Proven results-oriented outreach professional
  • 5-10 years' progressive community outreach experience in public systems or non-profits
  • Experience as an outreach worker, enrollment specialist, outreach supervisor and/or community relations specialist
  • Experience recruiting and managing entry-level staff
