Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommuting National Programs Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring and monitoring effective implementation of U.S.-based programs
  • Recruiting and supervising volunteer support staff for the region
  • Actively planning and participating in regional and national training events

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be willing to travel (average one trip per month, though more during the busy season)
  • At least five years of professional work experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Must comfortable with public speaking before large and small audiences
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership ability. Proficient in MS Office computer applications
