Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Network Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing network maintenance, support and troubleshooting
  • Providing network designs within the confines of established architectural standards
  • Developing new documentation and updating existing processes for ticket resolution

Required Skills:

  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to support network deployments in remote locations
  • Must speak fluent English, possess a valid United States driver's license and own a working vehicle
  • 5+ years experience in Enterprise Network engineering design and implementation, firewall configuration, server load balancing
  • 5+ years experience with OSPF, EIGRP, BGP routing protocols, Voice Over IP and QoS configuration on routers and switches, IPv4 and IPv6
  • 2+ years experience with cloud, hybrid cloud, and datacenter engineering
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies, high availability switching, VMWare networking, micro segmentation
