Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Network Support Specialist .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving networking issues
- Resolve issues by working tickets in the queue
- Assist clients with deployments and configuration
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 20% to support pre-sales activities and onsite project based professional services
- Minimum CCNA certified
- Experience with implementation, management and troubleshooting of all routing protocols
- Ability to multi-task and work arrange of complex to non-complex networking focused tickets in a fast paced Managed Services environment covering multiple customer networks
- Experience with implementation, configuration, migration and monitoring of firewalls, switches, routers, load balancers from following vendors
