Job Summary

A computer hardware company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Neuron Modelling Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Writing, reviewing and shipping product-level cod with C/C and scripting languages
  • Using and/or developing simulators for testing multi-compartment models
  • Implementing single neuron models by using, modifying or developing simulators

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven programming experience in writing, reviewing and shipping product-level cod with C/C and scripting languages
  • Ph.D. in computer science, neuroscience, engineering, or a related field; or advanced degree and equivalent industry experience
  • Proven state-of-the-art experience in using or developing simulators for testing multi-compartment models
