Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting New Business Development Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coaching, counseling and developing a team of outside sales professionals within a region
  • Managing and driving the creation and assignment of sales goals
  • Providing coaching to sales team on different levels

Required Skills:

  • Remote and must live near to a major airport(s)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in developing accurate, detailed, and easy to understand sales reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple product offerings into enterprise solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in the building and execution of regional sales plans.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience and true understanding and execution of hunting & prospecting methodologies
