Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommuting New Customer HR Software Sales Director in the Western Region.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing pipeline and forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Achieving in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Delivering increased customer satisfaction to drive retention and account growth
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel 50%
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with consistent achievement of sales quotas
- Proven ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within Fortune class organizations
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Proficiency in demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives
