Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Non Profit Executive Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the flow of information from the CEO's office internally and externally
- Setting up travel, meetings, speaking engagements and other appointments
- Organizing meetings and events as requested for CEO
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to attend board and committee meetings
- Minimum three (3) years' experience working with a Board of Directors and/or board-appointed committees
- Three (3) or more years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Minimum two (2) years of college courses or equivalent experience
- Experience in planning and supporting on-site and off-site meetings
- Familiarity with taking minutes and use of Robert's Rules of Order
- Experience with professional project and people management systems and ideas
