Job Summary
A nonprofit has a current position open for a Telecommuting Nonprofit Executive Event Producer.
Must be able to:
- Develop a timeline of key milestones and deadlines
- Schedule, create all agendas for and facilitate regular pre-production meetings with all staff working on the event
- Create Event scenarios'
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- At least 10 years of experience in project management and event coordination of a wide range of high-level fundraising events and meetings
- Ability to create, plan and execute production schedules
- Ability to respond to real time changes and challenges
- Ability to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives
- Excellent team building, communication and management skills;
