Job Summary

A nonprofit has a current position open for a Telecommuting Nonprofit Executive Event Producer.

Must be able to:

  • Develop a timeline of key milestones and deadlines
  • Schedule, create all agendas for and facilitate regular pre-production meetings with all staff working on the event
  • Create Event scenarios'

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management and event coordination of a wide range of high-level fundraising events and meetings
  • Ability to create, plan and execute production schedules
  • Ability to respond to real time changes and challenges
  • Ability to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives
