Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Nurse Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating team approach to management of patient care in an in-patient and/or outpatient basis
- Being accountable for processing referral/authorization requests, reviewing medical documentation, determining medical necessity
- Providing Nursing support for health service providers in areas
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willing to travel to Pensacola, FL for the first 1-2 weeks of employment for training
- Case management experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Very good understanding of health-service related processes relevant to assigned role and responsibilities
- LVN/LPN Required
