Job Summary

A managed care service has an open position for a Telecommuting Nurse Case Manager in Lenexa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using clinical/nursing skills to help coordinate the individual's treatment program
  • Researching alternative treatment programs
  • Providing testimony on litigated cases

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Diploma, Associate or bachelors degree in nursing or bachelors degree in a health or human services related field
  • A degree from an institution that is fully accredited by a nationally recognized educational accreditation organization
  • The individual must have completed a supervised field experience
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management within four years of hire as a case manager
  • Computer literacy
